Grade Book Evaluation Rubric

Teachers are required to have his/her grade books evaluated each quarter by the assigned Administrator. Submit the Grade Book Evaluation Rubric form to your Department Chair on the assigned dates for approval. 

Failure Documentation Form

  1. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION.
  2. Follow the proper procedure of documentation for all students who receive a grade of 74 or below
  3. If student work is not graded and returned in 48 hours the grade cannot count toward the average.
