Inventory
1. Equipment/Furniture is charged to the individual teacher and must remain in that teacher’s classroom.
2. Equipment inventory is conducted twice a year. Equipment inventory forms will be provided for you to complete. Please check your room thoroughly and make a listing of all MSCS equipment in your classroom on this form. Make a notation of any equipment without a MSCS tag.
3. Equipment/Furniture should not be moved without the principal’s written approval. All requests for equipment/furniture changes must be emailed to the principal. If items are missing at the time of inventory, the teacher will be financially responsible and charged with replacing the equipment (Ex: TV, VCR, overhead, cassette recorders).
4. Please do not write your name on MSCS’ property.
