Tier 3 Teacher - N0vice Teacher
  1. 59% or lower of the enrolled students score on track/mastery on all assessments
  2. Scores a 2 on the TEM rubric
  3. Fails to implement coaching feedback practices into all lessons
  4. 79% or lower Teacher Attendance Rate (absences & tardies impact teacher attendance)
Tier 2 Teacher - Experience Teacher
  1. 60-79% or higher of the enrolled students score on track/mastery on all assessments
  2. Score no less than a 3 on TEM rubric
  3. Partially implement coaching feedback practices into all lessons
  4. 94%-80% Teacher Attendance Rate (absences & tardies impact teacher attendance)
Tier 1 Teacher - Expert Teacher
  1. 80% or higher of the enrolled students score on track/mastery on all assessments
  2. Score no fewer than two 4's on the TEM rubric
  3. Consistently implement coaching feedback practices into all lessons
  4. 95% Teacher Attendance Rate (absences & tardies impact teacher attendance)​
