Rationale: The purpose of these teams is to improve conditions in your school, focus on specific factors captured in domain and question scores.
 
Below are the Insight Teams and questions to answer on how we will (a) identify the areas BTW is doing well, (b) identify the areas BTW has room to grow, (c) prioritize and unpack their assigned domain and create an action plan for implementation at BTW, and (d) present implementation strategies monthly to the staff during faculty meeting.
